Just conversations under a tight process. But when good people run the interviews it doesn't feel like a lightening storm rapid fire panel. Very happy to know that senior leadership runs the final interview for all leadership roles.

Timeliness. Way to many delays in the process.

they hire only friends and not the best people with the best expirience

The interview process is not standardized and is slow. We can't hire top talent without a consistent benchmark. Plus the slow and confusing process deters lots of potential candidates.

TA team is all over the place. I don't refer people anymore because it's embarrassing
