We are able to partner effectively with other departments and our work is a top priority for the company! My team is also very collaborative and fun.

My team is senior in level of experience and knowledgeable. They are friendly and helpful. However I notice other teams and other managers have a plenty of stubbornly prideful people, people incapable of recognizing their own mistakes due to arrogance.

I think its too late to advise
As we grow we need to hire well and fire early. Some people are just not productive or are busy without end results. Pipeline to closure ratio's are not measured and some people survive simply based on "pipeline" that is created
