I feel very valued as an employee, and I feel I am compensated fairly. However, I would like to see insurance costs a little lower, and I would like to see some sort of avenue towards investment.

At times, despite the efforts made i feel we get more focus on what we dont do verses what we do

I feel like the it could be higher!

I dont feel my company undervalues me at all, they offer constant aknowledgement and encouragement. In a lot of ways the position I am in pays me in personal and professional growth which I value deeply. However, the economy is rough and i'm a single mother expected to be on the road a lot.

Not that I feel undervalued just feel some of us have been doing best to keep store a float and trying to come back from Covid and instead of the positive and try to build from what we slacked on from being short the new stylist or returning team members just feel unappreciated and then get let go.

The CEO of the company is one of the worst Leaders a company could have. He's smart, intelligent, etc. and has the ability to lead the company, but does it in such a poor way. He mistreats people. Emotionally abuses people would be more accurate. Most TMs are afraid to speak up in front of him.
