I get along with most of them, people just need to realize we are a company and not out for ourselves. We work as a team and if one person is bringing down the team the clients will feel that energy.

Most are good and fun to be around there are a few who bring negative and toxic energy to work. The days I work with them I dread going to work. They dont want to change or work on attitude even when presented fair and calmly.

Owners stirs up issues and talks/gossips about the stylists and causes tension. Fairness in scheduling is nonexistent. Management takes off way too much.
