I fear interacting with them due to sly remarks, or jokes they have that could be turned into drama with my name attached. Not about that life, so i tend to mind my buisness.
The different owner/rules conversion is unclear when our OD don't emphasize when matters are brought to her attention. It made a clash between two managers & one is about to loose her mind. Why is there no one to train new managers or someone to answer our questions when we think we are wrong
Since I haven't worked for the same owners, its like im looked as, half valued. (If that makes sense) My numbers were higher than everyones & the longest one on the job. To be over looked- then to be thrown into it with no....its so hard to explain. Gave it up, felt like manager wasnt going to be me
