I like That They Are Understanding They Treat You As A person they dont little you They want you to learn and Grow
Manager She is great, company owner are amazibg LOVE IT HERE!!!!! They work with you from any age you can make great money. Come with the passion and they do the rest!!! Walk in and start making money. With a great work ethic you can do anything here!!!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Larry (TSFH) needs to stop cutting our pay and changing our paychecks. I do not get the venefits ornpay i was promised.

It is Reasonably to hit.
If i follow the steps I can make an extra 100+ on my paychecks! If you want to you can earn lots of money. I love this career. Its an amazing job and I love it!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not that I feel undervalued just feel some of us have been doing best to keep store a float and trying to come back from Covid and instead of the positive and try to build from what we slacked on from being short the new stylist or returning team members just feel unappreciated and then get let go.
