The CEO of the company is one of the worst Leaders a company could have. He's smart, intelligent, etc. and has the ability to lead the company, but does it in such a poor way. He mistreats people. Emotionally abuses people would be more accurate. Most TMs are afraid to speak up in front of him.

The negative attitude of our leader needs to change. Appreciate how hard everyone is working, don't assume the worst of your people, celebrate the wins, support instead of criticize, offer constructive feedback instead of bullying and belittling. Trust and believe we are all doing our best.

My immediate surroundings are positive because the person I share an office with is awesome to work with, fun and a very positive person, and we work well together. Others who are more disgruntled are harder to be around. I try and limit my interactions with them and not react with things they say

The different owner/rules conversion is unclear when our OD don't emphasize when matters are brought to her attention. It made a clash between two managers & one is about to loose her mind. Why is there no one to train new managers or someone to answer our questions when we think we are wrong

I used to love it until new management took into account. Area coach and manager do not know how to do their jobs and none of them communicate or convey the responsibilities that are required of us correctly or change their minds all the time and treat us like we are a nuisance

Overall I just want to be looked at seriously as a person on the team sometimes. Not neccessarily asking for words of encouragment and praise but acknowledging how I comtribute to the team.

I believe if we were able to speak To the owner about our concerns things would be very different. Verses going through an area manager where nothing grows after a meeting or conversation. Owners just own, but area managers run the joint. Takes one bad apple

Pay and turn over? You need to pay the girl so they will say! 20 hair cuts 25 gair cuts a day is crazy and they still dont make the quota to make more pay! That's crazy!
