Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People at aldis, without a degree, making 18/hr but you can't offer a better pay than 20 for stylist traveling between stores. Mmm. I wonder why you can't find staff.

Depending on the demographics, service prices should be slightly higher. Which would lend to possible higher hourly wage, and gratuity.

Most are good and fun to be around there are a few who bring negative and toxic energy to work. The days I work with them I dread going to work. They dont want to change or work on attitude even when presented fair and calmly.
