What are some of the best things about your team?

My team and store is amazing. Upper management should take notes.

Why do you open stores if you dont have the money or staff for them?

My manager and co workers make it manageable. The people you have come in to grade us, who don't even have a degree.... oof

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My team lead is fine. Its the people a million in debt, demanding more hours from the hardest workers that really makes my heart sing. Thanks Carrie.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People at aldis, without a degree, making 18/hr but you can't offer a better pay than 20 for stylist traveling between stores. Mmm. I wonder why you can't find staff.

Licensed Sport Clips Coaches perform quarterly success checks at each location to ensure consistency of our brand; for our clients and Team Members.
