What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary is the best part.

The best part of my compensation package is the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. This is super helpful for my work life balance.

The core people that I interact with daily.

Everyone at the companies feels reachable, approachable, and friendly. Even starting at the company in an entry level position I have been able to talk to the CEO. Whether it was personal or professional it was never an issue to stop by and talk.

I like getting to ask my questions to 5 seperate people. This gave me an overall feel of the company. Rather than trying to just get one person's perspective.
