I feel like the whole company is actually working together to make Sport Clips the best it can be. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. This is super helpful for my work life balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like getting to ask my questions to 5 seperate people. This gave me an overall feel of the company. Rather than trying to just get one person's perspective.

Leadership at Sport Clips balances company progress with employee comfort. Everyone here wants Sport Clips to win. But leadership also cares about your personal life. Which in turn makes me want to take care of Sport Clips even more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at the companies feels reachable, approachable, and friendly. Even starting at the company in an entry level position I have been able to talk to the CEO. Whether it was personal or professional it was never an issue to stop by and talk.
