The interview process was very comfortable. I was interviewed by other department heads, giving me a full picture of how everyone feels about their jobs - which is good input when evaluating whether or not the company culture will be a good fit for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of my tenure at Sport Clips has been during the pandemic. During this most trying time, I've seen our leadership and my co-workers behave with honor, respect, and caring toward each other, our franchisees, and our clients. I now understand why the Sport Clips team is truly a family.
