The parts that are good have been really good. The parts that frustrate me often stem from things that require willingness to change, and despite repeated attempts at pushing on that I don't often see meaningful progress on that.

We have really good ERGs that provide excellent things throughout the year, and (at least for the active one I'm in) aren't afraid to talk about sensitive topics in our public slack channels.

My team is small and cozy and I don't feel the same pressure that I have in the past at other jobs with larger teams. We take the time to do things right instead of solely meeting deadline milestones.

I'm lucky that I've been able to stay fully remote despite RTO, because it lets me create and work in a space that is most comfortable for me and allows me to do my best work. This isn't viewed as a negative by anyone (that I'm aware of).
