I think the pay should be $20+. We have to learn and manage so much information. I understand budgets but still. This is hard work.

I don't think my hourly rate is a livable wage in the current climate. I'm doing my best to make it work but I don't think anyone should be paying full time adult employees 17$ an hour. That's just my personal opinion. I know capitalism is what it is.

The focus is on empathy and not sales. The whole approach here is positive because it is people focused and not sales focused. One probably follows the other but leading with the people part makes it feel better to me.
