Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what we are being asked to do daily I feel 32 to 33k would be more fair.

I think the pay should be $20+. We have to learn and manage so much information. I understand budgets but still. This is hard work.

I don't think my hourly rate is a livable wage in the current climate. I'm doing my best to make it work but I don't think anyone should be paying full time adult employees 17$ an hour. That's just my personal opinion. I know capitalism is what it is.

Everyone is approachable which is nice to see.

It's a culture that is welcoming and constantly seeks to understand how they can do better or support their employees in a more realistic way.

The focus is on empathy and not sales. The whole approach here is positive because it is people focused and not sales focused. One probably follows the other but leading with the people part makes it feel better to me.
