What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall the compensation package is great. The best part for me would have to be the healthcare coverage.

Aside from the salary and equity package, the one thing that really stands out is the healthcare benefits for my family and I. I truly feel valued and seen which speaks so much louder than a slightly higher paycheck

Comp is not competitive with market rate and COL in 2024.

My manager is of a caliber i've rarely experienced before, and she pulls us up with her. She built a team of high performers, collaborators who are so focused on delivering strategic impact to the company it motivates us all! For the first time in my career i'm learning more than I'm teaching!!

The culture is accepting of everyone's backgrounds. There's no judgement we all have the same goal in mind.

Inclusive, supportive people across all orgs. There's a fundamental respect to ones time and efforts, I rarely get emails out of work hours and I feel encouraged to be who I truly am every day
