What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication, support ideation, provide a fertile work environment to brainstorm and be creative vs. micro-manage. I love how the OC is accessible, connected and supportive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusive, supportive people across all orgs. There's a fundamental respect to ones time and efforts, I rarely get emails out of work hours and I feel encouraged to be who I truly am every day
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the salary and equity package, the one thing that really stands out is the healthcare benefits for my family and I. I truly feel valued and seen which speaks so much louder than a slightly higher paycheck
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe my work directly rolls up into key strategic initiatives and can (hopefully will) impact them tremendously. I have a "blue sky" role and opportunity to build a multi-year strategy and execute on it with support and backing of leadership. I have visibility and direction
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is of a caliber i've rarely experienced before, and she pulls us up with her. She built a team of high performers, collaborators who are so focused on delivering strategic impact to the company it motivates us all! For the first time in my career i'm learning more than I'm teaching!!
