What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I find most positive is our team spirit. People help each other by sharing expertise, resolving roadblocks, and acknowledging achievements. Constructive feedback and recognition of collaboration ensure that successes are shared and support ongoing improvement.

There is a good work life balance. I also love that SQSP encourages employees to utilize the SQSP products. The company knows its employees have hobbies outside of work and encourages them to enjoy them - which is super important.
