On my first day, I met with the CEO, Eyal, individually, and he still makes it a point to meet with individuals on a one-on-one basis. I came from an organization with a disconnect between levels of leadership, but Stampli provides fluid communication and empowers all members of the organization.

My overall experience at Stampli can be summed up in a single word: fulfilling. I came from an organization that didn't allow individuality and didn't understand adaptability, so for Stampli to understand any sales environment must change periodically has been fulfilling.

Everyone in the organization understands that we must work together to achieve a common goal. Without the success of one team, another team would suffer. We're given all the tools necessary to ensure this success.

There's camaraderie amongst the team because we've built a culture that praises others' successes. If one person finds success in an approach, then that person willingly shares it with the team so that ALL can find success.

We're given autonomy to schedule our days as we see most fit, and in my role specifically, I've been allowed the flexibility to include additional resources that I think will allow us to develop as a team more effectively.

My leadership is transparent and wants to see me succeed in my role. My team wants to see one another succeed as well as themselves, so there's a level of camaraderie that is incomparable to other organizations I've been with.

My favorite thing about the leadership at Stampli is transparency from top-down. Many organizations have a divide between C and VP level leaders and the rest of the organization, but Stampli makes it a point to provide an open forum for all team members.
