We have worked short handed for so long YOU now have a center full negativity. Donors waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. Stop looking at numbers and give your employees a break

WE work perfectly together. NEGATIVITY is so high now due to working half staffed for over 3 months and not getting a chance to breathe with little to no breaks. Donors waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. NO time to train, we throw them under the bus and expect them to know what to do. We need a break
