Finding ways to keep people employed. Making the company truly inclusive- more than just lip service.
Admins are not valued as they need to be. Treated like easily replaceable.
Take care of their employees. EVERY employee is under physical, emotional and mental stress. Causing health issues with some. We have worked short handed for so long YOU now have a center full negativity. Donors waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. Stop looking at numbers and give your employees a break
Need to take away the physical, mental, and emotional stress that is weighing on every single employee, causing health issues for some. Exhaustion and poor moral are running ramped in the center . Our donors are waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. HOW does that happen when you have a set appointment
Pay and bonuses are higher than all of our competitors; bonuses have multipliers. Bonus is a standard percentage of salary multiplied by factor of company's performance multiplied by individual performance. Example: $300k*35% (standard)*1.25 (company performance)*1.6 (individual performance)= $210k.
Excellent retirement benefits including 401k match of 4% plus an additional amount put in each year that is based on age and is between 5.5% - 12%

WE work perfectly together. NEGATIVITY is so high now due to working half staffed for over 3 months and not getting a chance to breathe with little to no breaks. Donors waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. NO time to train, we throw them under the bus and expect them to know what to do. We need a break
We work perfectly together. Negative is so high now due to working half staffed for over 3 months and still have as many appointments as if we're fully staffed.

Take the pressure away from the operative levels show them that they are important part of the company. Block the negative influence of stategic moves, they are waiting paralysed for the next reduction program in fear of their existance. Look for site leads with international experiance.
If someone is in training have a trainer training on the specific duty and not use them to just DC donors. Have consistency in training. Have trainers speak to new members with respect instead of using condescending tones or demeaning them.
