I interviewed a while back where it was very personal and local. I think today it is very remote and impersonal.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest about the roles. Know what the role will be before posting it.
Talking to Supervisors with better social competence as now, being safe in the interview that my open communication is not misused for success of the Austrian lobby.
It took ages to onboard me and they changed my start date, meaning I as out of work for 2 weeks
