There are to many techs under the impression that they are in charge.

WE work perfectly together. NEGATIVITY is so high now due to working half staffed for over 3 months and not getting a chance to breathe with little to no breaks. Donors waiting 3 and 4 hours to donate. NO time to train, we throw them under the bus and expect them to know what to do. We need a break

We work perfectly together. Negative is so high now due to working half staffed for over 3 months and still have as many appointments as if we're fully staffed.

Stop hiring people with zero education, zero emotional quotient, and zero work ethic. All you end up with are bullies without the soft skills.
