Like anywhere else, there are things that I don't like about TeamDynamix, but overall I am so grateful to work here. The people are great, and I love being a part of success.

I appreciate the transparency of the leadership team. The quarterly town halls are very helpful in understanding the success and the struggles of our company.

I feel valued where I work. My boss and team compliment me when I do well and support me when I don't. I haven't ever had the positive reinforcement before, and I didn't realize how much I needed it in a workplace until now.

Our HR AVP is AMAZING and cares so much about us, and that contributes so much to the culture. For the most part, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Our CEO is invested in treating employees well and helping them succeed - both in and outside of TeamDynamix.

I LOVE MY TEAM. Before TDX, I worked with people who weren't very personable or who weren't good at their jobs - sometimes both! Now I'm lucky enough to be part of an elite, talented team that will always - even if we occasionally get on each other's nerves - go the extra mile to help each other out
