What is the best part about your compensation package?
The convenience of having all the benefits with the same HealthCare provider.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly underpaid for position and market value. Benefits have improved in the past year but many of them are tied to employee participation in the healthcare plan (ie; paid gym membership).

Two perks are tied to our medical plan: free gym membership and HSA plan. There are also many other perks offered that do not require enrollment in paid plans: free life & disability insurances, consumer goods discounts, free financial advice, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, talented people that are open to collaborate and share their knowledge to facilitate the implementation of projects.
