What did you like most about the interview process?

The level of communication. I always was aware of what was going on and where I stood in the process.

You get to meet a lot of people

Interview process was transparent. It was pretty involved but in hindsight I think that made me feel more welcome, included, and comfortable. It gave me the opportunity to learn the culture and people.

Meeting with different team leads and get to talk with them during interview process and meet in person with the company CEO as part of the interview process was exciting.

It's very comprehensive, and includes a lot of steps. But once candidates are hired and start, they are immediately trusted and don't need to spend time proving themselves.

It was very thorough and you talked to people from every level, including the CEO.
