What did you like most about the interview process?The level of communication. I always was aware of what was going on and where I stood in the process.
What makes you most happy at work?My co-workers make me happiest.
What are some of the best things about your team?The team I am on is full of people that are similar to me. We enjoy working together and make the work fun.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?We need to have a cohesive company vision. The micromanaging from the leadership team can be too much sometimes. Additional staffing would help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It seems like some people get paid one way and other people another. I was not even aware about company equity until recently. It seems like everything is a big secret. It would be nice to have different job grades or levels with benchmarks that you knew what you needed to do to achieve things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Transparency and diversification. We often hear how great everything is going, but not enough of the big picture plans. We do not have a vision of where the company is heading or how we plan on getting there.
