How long do the interviews usually take at TeamDynamix?
Individual interviews last 60 minutes or less. but you get to talk with a lot of different people from the company. The process starts with an introductory call, followed by more in-depth interview with the hiring manager. Then you get to talk to members of the senior leadership team and finally the head of HR and the CEO.
Depends on the interview. If you're doing a panel interview with the engineering team, it's about 2 hours. If you're meeting with just one person it's anywhere from 30-60 minutes in length.
What should I wear for an interview at TeamDynamix?
Dress code varies depending on your role but for interviews most people will dress in business casual to business formal. Guys in our office rarely wear ties but people interviewing often do. Women may wear a pantsuit or dress when interviewing, and typically wear separates in the office.
Even though the day-to-day dress code is casual, dress professionally for the role. A suit and tie would not be out of place.
What is the dress code at TeamDynamix?
Depends on the role - our engineers tend to be in jeans and fun t-shirts, the sales team in khakis and short-sleeved polos. Our company focuses on dressing for expression and comfort, provided our appearance is neat and clean.

How hard is it to get promoted at TeamDynamix?
The company is small so there isn't a lot of posted jobs to move up into but within your department there is a career progression mapped out and you can get promoted into a senior level for your role if you've demonstrated mastery of your current role. You can ask for a promotion review at any time of the year. They don't have a published policy stating you have to be in a role for a given amount of time.
How long does it take to hear back after applying to TeamDynamix?
They are really responsive - I got an automatic email when I applied but was then contacted by the head of Talent within 48 hours.
How long after an interview at TeamDynamix does it take to hear back?
It's pretty quick. For instance, I interviewed on a Thursday and was told the hiring team would meet on a Friday to debrief so it would likely be the following Monday before anyone got back to me. However, I got a call back that same Friday with a verbal offer followed up by a written offer that same day.

What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at TeamDynamix?
Not really. Let me explain. Mothers and fathers are both paid 1 week of leave for baby bonding time. However, mothers can also be paid for 6-8 weeks of disability leave after the birth of the child. So it can seem like moms get paid more, but that's only because the disability leave for birth runs into the time of the baby bonding leave.
What is TeamDynamix's internship program like?
They don't really have a formal internship program with class credit but occasionally they do hire people to work in their engineering or IT Support on a part-time basis around a person's school schedule.
