Full package of comp and benefits
My manager has made it easy to get to a place where I am really happy with my compensation. Conversations about pay are very open, and my efforts and any extra responsibility I take on is noticed and accounted for - it does not feel like we are on opposite sides of the table when discussing pay.
Great salary + attractive bonus and equity
The convenience of having all the benefits with the same HealthCare provider.

Yearly bonus and yearly raise.
HR is open to having conversations about salary and comp at any point.
My salary is well above the average salary for other people in similar positions in Columbus.
Good base salary and benefits
Review from Sales Dept
Reasonable commission rate for sales and also equity kicker.
Review from Sales Dept
My compensation plan is easy to understand and is very fair.
Good bonus structure to keep me incentivized.
Flexible hours, work from home option, paid time off.
The fact that leadership allows flexibility within it. They adjust the packages based on feedback and what employees feel is important.
I am very fairly paid compared to my counterparts at other companies and I have more equity here than I have ever had before.
Review from Sales Dept
Generous P T O policy.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Highly competitive, generous equity grants, realistic achievable goals, high probability of hitting personal targets
It seems like some people get paid one way and other people another. I was not even aware about company equity until recently. It seems like everything is a big secret. It would be nice to have different job grades or levels with benchmarks that you knew what you needed to do to achieve things.
Health benefits are okay, but not ideal for someone with chronic health conditions.
Higher stock option. Benefits are too expensive.
Review from Sales Dept
Having discussed salary with others on my team, I know there's a lot of disparity between income among team members, even if we have the same level of experience. I would feel better if those gaps were closed a bit by bringing everyone's salary up to the same general level.
Review from Customer Support Dept

Years of experience is one factor considered when making pay decisions; others include both intrinsic (employee value proposition) and extrinsic (market factors). We strive to ensure every employee is compensated equitably based on all elements.
Slightly underpaid for position and market value. Benefits have improved in the past year but many of them are tied to employee participation in the healthcare plan (ie; paid gym membership).
Review from Engineering Dept

Two perks are tied to our medical plan: free gym membership and HSA plan. There are also many other perks offered that do not require enrollment in paid plans: free life & disability insurances, consumer goods discounts, free financial advice, etc.
For a smaller growth company, I feel employees should have an opportunity to participate in ownership because of the impact we have on the overall business outcome and we should be rewarded accordingly

I'm sorry to hear that you feel undervalued. I invite you to reach out to your manager or human resources to talk about possible ways to reflect our appreciation accurately.
