Everybody at work, whether they work in different department are very cordial, helpful. Everyone respects each others ethnicity. I don't feel like a minority.
People work hard when at work, but there is work life balance. Very few emails or messages after work hours, and if you are contacted after working hours you're not expected to respond.
I have not met one person at TeamDynamix that was unpleasant or unhappy in their job. During Covid 19, the leadership team have been proactively surveying the employees to ensure they have everything they need to work remotely.

The leadership team encourages employees to submit commendations to their manager when other employees go above and beyond. These commendations are then read to the company as a whole at our company meetings. This helps to build a sense of comradery as we learn how much others appreciate our work.
We need to have a cohesive company vision. The micromanaging from the leadership team can be too much sometimes. Additional staffing would help.
