What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in the organization works cohesively to achieve our goals. We work together to accomplish tasks to succeed as individuals, teams, and an organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is motivated and unified in our goals. Our team members are intelligent and fun to be around. Coming to work is a pleasure.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The group meeting with the head of department and managers. It was a great opportunity to talk about previous job experience and personal growth desires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly underpaid for position and market value. Benefits have improved in the past year but many of them are tied to employee participation in the healthcare plan (ie; paid gym membership).
Two perks are tied to our medical plan: free gym membership and HSA plan. There are also many other perks offered that do not require enrollment in paid plans: free life & disability insurances, consumer goods discounts, free financial advice, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is excellent. I know they want to see me grow and excel. I am able to reach out for assistance without cause for worry. My other co-workers are fun to be around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is directing the company in a positive direction. The company seems to be doing well year after year, a lot of that is due to our leadership team steering the ship in the right direction.
