There needs to be a effort on the part of management to hire people who can collaborate effectively. We have some smart people on our teams, but they also tend to be arrogant and unpleasant to work with.

open communication with everyone, including upper management/executives.

The fact that our CEO knows and actively works to keep the culture that we have in place, even as we grow.

The most positive part is the original executive leadership. They have strongly held values that are reflected in their actions and decisions.

We have a set of standards that we are supposed to treat each other by. These standards promote positivity, encouragement, and a desire to see one another succeed.

how straight forward and honest everyone was about the company and the role itself.

The transparency that everyone showed about the state of the company and what needed to happen to be successful.

The interview process is project based and takes a lot of the pressure off of the candidate than most other interviews I have experienced.

Being very clear on the mission while simultaneously given flexibility in contributing to it.

We utilize Slack channels to engage across the teams and there are several channels dedicated to fitness, movies, and nature. It's like we have subcultures within the Teleport culture. It's really fun to be a part of.
