I do think the executive team cares about me as a person, first and foremost. At least Darcy and Alejandro do.
There are some very talented people on the team, and for the most part, they are easy to work with and fun to be around.
I want more transparency about the salary range for each rank (manager, director, etc) that was published. This would make sure pay was fair and equitable for all. Also, would love some sort of incentive structure based on quantitative metrics, separate from the review cycle.
I think the volume of work is overwhelming. Because I do my job well, more work is being added to my plate without additional resources. When I speak to my manager about how busy I am, the response is always something like "But I know you can handle it." Meanwhile, underperformers can coast.
For the most part, there are more people here I like than dislike, and I have some very close friends I'll stay in touch with even after I leave the Bouqs (whenever that may be). I enjoy that the vibe is fresh, but also that it is clear there are adults in the room.
