I feel like I've been very lucky in my time here at The Bouqs. I've been given opportunities beyond my original job description and trusted to execute in the direction I choose. I also have been able to bond with my coworkers and feel excited t o see everyone each day.

I have had a lot of ups and downs here. Management shifts can lead to a lot of frustration, and my current managers are not helping me. In general, I feel that I have more responsibility than what my title or compensation implies and it is difficult to be positioned for more success here.

Pre-BUs, my job was wonderful, but VERY stressful; the structure of that team made my job 15x harder than it needed to be. Now, my team has been great. My job morphed into something I never expected, positively challenging me. The Co. feels disorganized, and I hope it's just due to growing pains.

The best part of our compensation package is not having to pay for basic healthcare, as well as having floating holidays.

There wasn't anything impressive about the compensation package. Benefits are underwhelming and so is the pay for the amount of hours worked

I'm performing job responsibilities well above my title and pay and am consistently told by my manager and team lead that I am doing a great job, but have not received a promotion or even a pay raise since I started at the company. Much of this I've been told is due to review and promotion cycles.

Though I've been given a small raise in my couple years here, there isn't clear trajectory for growth, both in title and compensation. My hourly pay is not competitive and well below industry averages.

I have had to fight for every title promotion and compensation increase, and I have never felt that I have been actively promoted or rewarded within this company. My current managers do not actively champion for me internally and they are not actively moving me along a career path.

my team (weddings) is filled with wonderful human beings. each person is extremely knowledgeable in their field and leads with data at the forefront. there is never an issue about egos, and there is hardly ever disagreement or personalities that get in the way of decisions.

With the BU Split and among various teams, there is a lot of insular thinking and an almost aggressive combative mindset to communication cross-BU and cross-department.

The company is lacking clear strategic direction from a high level. The split into BUs has caused the company to become too siloed and not focused on the customer journey holistically and what's best for the customer. Because of the split employees are working harder and not being recognized.
