What do you like best about the leadership team?

We are still a small company so the leadership team is accessible and it's easy to get face time with them (even if it's virtual this year).

I appreciate the vision they bring to the company and that they have allowed the company to WFH. It tells me that they trust us and that growth doesn't have to be done behind a desk in an office.

C Level - they know what they're doing! Leaders of the ecomm team need help. The leadership isn't nearly as strong.

Leadership team empathize the situation employee and also of the customer. Regular touch base. Frequent surveys. no blame game. super nice and shuttle tone in any situation. Mostly we see smiling faces even in critical situation.
