We are still a small company so the leadership team is accessible and it's easy to get face time with them (even if it's virtual this year).

The time off we have for the year.
Base salary and free flowers. Especially when we can send free/discounted flowers to others.
I'm performing job responsibilities well above my title and pay and am consistently told by my manager and team lead that I am doing a great job, but have not received a promotion or even a pay raise since I started at the company. Much of this I've been told is due to review and promotion cycles.

Though I've been given a small raise in my couple years here, there isn't clear trajectory for growth, both in title and compensation. My hourly pay is not competitive and well below industry averages.

Been here for more than 2 1/2 years. I have established lot of things here from scratch successfully. Team has grown and I have on boarded and off boarded lot of people, the work and the team I handle, requires lot of attention and mental strength. Comparably there should be more benefits and hike.

We have a very well rounded team - we all seem similar, but different in skill set. We operate with tremendous respect and like to spend time with each other.

my team (weddings) is filled with wonderful human beings. each person is extremely knowledgeable in their field and leads with data at the forefront. there is never an issue about egos, and there is hardly ever disagreement or personalities that get in the way of decisions.

Instead of creating roadblocks and saying no when interested in helping, nurture and encourage it. Don't make me feel judged if I make a mistake. Don't treat me like i'm beneath anyone. Listen to me. If I'm am no expert in a task I've been given, be supportive and don't set me up to fail.
I feel half the company is comfortable living with inefficient interactions and processes that require a lot of redundant manual intervention. I would like my coworkers to try harder to optimize their current processes, tech, and strategies, rather than "the way we've always done it".
With the BU Split and among various teams, there is a lot of insular thinking and an almost aggressive combative mindset to communication cross-BU and cross-department.

I enjoy working with majority of my co-workers. There are however a very small number of co-workers that are difficult to work with. They lack communication skills, planning skills, respect for the team I'm on and our process, and refuse to collaborate. They have a not my job mindset

Our technology has not caught up with the business. We struggle to do basic things because we don't have the tech to support it, yet we are still expected to execute as if we do.

The company is lacking clear strategic direction from a high level. The split into BUs has caused the company to become too siloed and not focused on the customer journey holistically and what's best for the customer. Because of the split employees are working harder and not being recognized.

I feel like I'm repeating several redundant tasks every day. Maybe some tasks could be better distributed amongst the team, automated, or maybe it's just the pandemic wall.
I think the volume of work is overwhelming. Because I do my job well, more work is being added to my plate without additional resources. When I speak to my manager about how busy I am, the response is always something like "But I know you can handle it." Meanwhile, underperformers can coast.
