Pre-BUs, my job was wonderful, but VERY stressful; the structure of that team made my job 15x harder than it needed to be. Now, my team has been great. My job morphed into something I never expected, positively challenging me. The Co. feels disorganized, and I hope it's just due to growing pains.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fun interactions with my co-workers, all the roses Sharie shares in WBRs, and Alejandro's responses to fixing the thorns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is not having to pay for basic healthcare, as well as having floating holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares about each other, and looks out for one another. That leads to better mentorship, more growth, open communication, and feeling comfortable enough to have healthy disagreements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about our company culture is undoubtably the people. We have an incredible, talented bunch, most (if not all) who help each other to be better co-workers, and better humans.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate how our leadership team is open to speaking with any and everyone at the company. I also believe they do a good job at stressing the importance of mental health, and using errors as teachable moments.
