Anxiety ridden, I come in everyday not knowing what to expect, am given a huge list of tasks but not enough time to finish due to my given hours and the amount of customers in store. There's not enough floor people every to make sure customers don't interrupt my tasks all the time

The framing team communicates effectively. They are always kind with their corrections and are helpful in times of uncertainty. I can always rely on them.

I am a custom framer and I am paid $10.50, just like a floor person. However, I have more duties and tend to know more about store operations in and outside of the frame shop than a floor person does. I do not feel like the labor I produce is being paid for properly.

Our frame shop is overloaded with production and we are not properly staffed. This week alone we have to produce 40 pieces every single day on top of handling sales, but only three available framers for a 14 hour store day. It's too much. we need time, people, and an ability to limit production
