Great company to work for, great people to work with. Keep in mind a bad manager can make or break your personal experience.
Our local team. The culture is non-existent anymore but at least they pretend to care, the environment is what you make it. Mostly gray and hot.
They need to be held accountable while at work and expected to complete tasks.
Dont pay "middle management" enough. Over worked dont let enough employees to work to actually keep a store functional. Over pay CEOS but wont give managers their bonus.
