- What are some of the best things about your team?The only reason I've stayed (and this is echoed on most reviews I've read) are my co-workers. They try, they really try, but we're all burned out. But management doesn't care as they believe we're easily replaceable.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Michaels is consistently one of the lowest-paid retail establishments, especially for the amount of tasks we have to juggle and the very low staffing levels.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?They are so desperate for employees, because the reputation and the low pay, you are guaranteed a job if you are breathing because its next to inpossible to get a job candidate in the first place, and the few that do inteeview usually quit within a week, and often within hours of the first day.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to be held accountable while at work and expected to complete tasks.
