Mr. William S. Barroll, also known as Bill, has been a Senior Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing at Corporate Office Properties Trust since December 2006. Mr. Barroll is responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of buildings located in Baltimore, Anne Arundel and St. Mary's Counties in Maryland, including The Corporate Park at Arundel Preserve, Airport Square and Lexington Park. He served as Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing at Corporate Office Properties Trust. The portfolio totals 67 buildings containing nearly three million square feet of office space. Mr. Barroll has 15 years of real estate experience. Mr. Barroll's experience covers office development, leasing, and property and asset management. Prior to working in the Greater Baltimore Washington market, Mr. Barroll served as the Maryland Director for Conservation Fund, where he specialized in complex land acquisitions. Most notable was the largest land acquisition in the State of Maryland's history, totaling 75,000 acres. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Barroll worked at CarrAmerica and with Cushman Realty Corp./Cushman & Wakefield as a Tenant/Landlord Broker in suburban Maryland and Washington, DC. Since 2009, he has been a Director for Corridor Transportation Corporation. He is also involved with BWI Business Partnership, currently serving on their membership committee. He is an active Member in the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP. Mr. Barroll earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Denison University.
