Mr. Derrick C. Boegner has been Senior Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing at Corporate Office Properties Trust since September 2012. Mr. Boegner served as Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing at Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Mr. Boegner is responsible for overseeing leasing, asset management and the overall financial performance of COPT's portfolio of buildings in Northern Virginia, consisting of approximately 2.5 million square feet of Class A office space. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has a proven record of leadership, problem solving, negotiating complex leases, forecasting and financial planning. Previously, he held served as Corporate Director of Real Estate at the Titan Corporation. He serves as a Director of Northern Virginia NAIOP, and serves on the NAIOP National Education Committee. Mr. Boegner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Investment and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos.
