Most of us have built good relationships. There are a few that are pretty negative, but the world is kind of bleak right now, so I can understand why.
The culture is created by the people at the store and it's in no way trusted to Michaels as a company.
It's relaxed no one is pressuring anyone, we all get along, and we can be our true selves around each other.
The night managers I work with are supportive.

Management cared for team members and made sure we got an adequate amount of breaks, especially for longer shifts.
