What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No Drama. We are all pretty much a team and easy to work with
Our local team. The culture is non-existent anymore but at least they pretend to care, the environment is what you make it. Mostly gray and hot.

Team members and organize events within the store.
Most of us have built good relationships. There are a few that are pretty negative, but the world is kind of bleak right now, so I can understand why.
The culture is created by the people at the store and it's in no way trusted to Michaels as a company.
It's relaxed no one is pressuring anyone, we all get along, and we can be our true selves around each other.
The night managers I work with are supportive.
Friendly customer service is key

The teamwork amongst your coworkers
We try to encourage and recognize eachother's successes.
Management cared for team members and made sure we got an adequate amount of breaks, especially for longer shifts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Diversity and Retention need to be improved
The company needs to hire better staff. Interviews are only conducted within a span of 5 minutes
Need better management to better morale
