On my third GM, on my third PD, an endless parade of low paid hourly talent (like me) who dont stick around because they cant afford to work at townsquare media. Extreme turnover in sales dept as well.

Free pizza, any free food actually, when i get paid 36 dollars a day. Free anything is helpful.

Been an hourly employee for almost ten years now. Im on the air every weekend, every holiday and cover on air shifts for mornings, afternoons, nights and middays when called on at a moments notice. At town square media that is worth actual minimum wage. After 10 years! Thanks for nothing townsquare.
