They are always available for employee questions. I feel comfortable emailing our corporate team knowing I will get a timely; well-thought out response.

They work you like a dog and have unrealistic goals. There is no work/life balance because you are constantly having to work to meet unrealistic goals.

There are a lot of people who are on power trips but aren't talented. It's hard to respect them, outside of the fact that you "have to" because they are the boss.

The people at the top say one thing, which is "you matter" but I have seen them cut talented people. I've also seen them target and punish hard-working people.

Bad Attitudes and complaining need to change
On the surface it appeared cordial, inviting but one inside it is not
