Mr. Steven Price, J.D. founded Townsquare in 2009. He is a Co-Founder of FiveWire Media Capital and serves as its Managing Director. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Townsquare Media, Inc. since May 2, 2010. Previously, he served as also a Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners L.P. and the Senior Managing Director at Spectrum Equity Investors. He joined Spectrum on April 20, 2004. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LiveWire Ventures (LiveWire Capital), since June 1998. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at PriCellular Corporation and served as Chief Operating Officer since March 1997, Executive Vice President since April 1997, Director since September 1996, Senior Vice President from December 1994 to April 1997 and a Director of Business Development since April 1993. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of PriCellular Wireless Corporation, the principal operating subsidiary of PriCellular Corporation, since April 1997. He was a Co-Founder of GiantBear Inc. and served as its Chairman. He served as Director at News Communications Inc. From 1990 to 1993, he was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell. Previously he also worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He serves as a Director at SmartBrief, Inc. From October 2001 to May 2003, he served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Spectrum, Space and Communications. He also served at the Pentagon from 2001 to 2003. During Mr. Price's tenure at the Pentagon, he oversaw space and communications policy and served on numerous task forces and Boards, including the Multinational Interoperability Council, the Joint Battle Damage Assessment Council and the U.S. Senior Steering Group for the World Radio Conference. Mr. Price has been the Executive Chairman of Townsquare Media, Inc. since May 2, 2010. He serves as the Chairman of Orcom Solutions, Inc. He serves as a Director at National Archives Foundation (The Foundation for the National Archives), American Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), and the New York Convention Center (Javits Center). He has been a Director of Townsquare Media, Inc. since May 2, 2010. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a Consultant to the Defense Science Board. He also serves on the Brown University Advisory Board for Computing and IT and as a Consultant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Defense Science Board. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Jewish joint Distribution Committee, Met Council on Jewish Poverty, The Jewish Theological Seminary and The Hudson Institute. He also served as a Director of UJA-Federation of New York. He acted as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador to the START Talks for the U.S. State Department. He is a Consultant to the Army Science Board and the Defense Business Board. He also led the effort to form the newly created Brown University Center for Combat Casualty Recovery. In November 2003, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. Mr. Price graduated, magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and holds a J.D. from Columbia University of Law.
