Mr. Steven Price, J.D. founded Townsquare in 2009. He is a Co-Founder of FiveWire Media Capital and serves as its Managing Director. He serves as a Director at National Archives Foundation (The Foundation for the National Archives), American Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), and the New York Convention Center (Javits Center). He has been a Director of Townsquare Media, Inc. since May 2, 2010. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a Consultant to the Defense Science Board. He also serves on the Brown University Advisory Board for Computing and IT and as a Consultant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Defense Science Board. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Jewish joint Distribution Committee, Met Council on Jewish Poverty, The Jewish Theological Seminary and The Hudson Institute. He also served as a Director of UJA-Federation of New York. He acted as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador to the START Talks for the U.S. State Department. He is a Consultant to the Army Science Board and the Defense Business Board. He also led the effort to form the newly created Brown University Center for Combat Casualty Recovery. In November 2003, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. Mr. Price graduated, magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and holds a J.D. from Columbia University of Law.
