They are always available for employee questions. I feel comfortable emailing our corporate team knowing I will get a timely; well-thought out response.

Answer his phone and act like a man
Respect, flexibility, compensation, support and patience
They work you like a dog and have unrealistic goals. There is no work/life balance because you are constantly having to work to meet unrealistic goals.
Treating employees as humans not robots. Quit paying minimum wage (literally minimum wage)
It's not a question of IF Townsquare Media files bankruptcy; but what day in 2019...
The different departments do not have a great & open line of communication and in this business that's imperitive.
