There are always newer opportunities coming towards me and my team. Every opportunity is different and challenging in its own sense. And who doesn't like to be challenged? This keeps me happy.

People have a very positive outlook towards the work and do it with passion, as if it's their own business not just a job! There is a freedom of work which encourages people to deliver more and be more creative with their approach.

All leaders are hands-on. There are crunch situations and roller coaster rides many times however the leaders of the organization have enough wisdom to sail the team through those ups and downs, and also take decisions based on their best judgement and available data at that point in time.

One of my team is under constant pressure because it's prod facing. However, all of the ninjas (that's what i call them) in that team are self-motivated, hard working, have a great presence of mind and dedication. Some of the tricky issues really challenge them hard but they overcome it with mastery

I am a hiring manager myself and looking at the offers we roll out in comparison to the experience of the candidates, it is unfair to the people who are already in the org serving for a considerable period. If the market has jumped then fair raise should be applied to internal talent as well.
