He's an excellent visionary and built the company from the ground up. No one has more passion for our mission than him and he pushes everyone to do their best. He's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and jump into a situation and he's open, honest and direct. Can't ask for much more.

What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at TraceLink?
No difference . HR rolled out new benefits this year and both parents get the same amount of time off, very generous plan actually
What is TraceLink's internship program like?
Great program! I've interned for two years in a row and have learned a ton in a short period of time. You aren't just sitting around doing boring work. The engineers and managers want to help you learn and pull you into everything even if it's just to listen and observe. It would be awesome to get hired after graduation.

How's the work life balance at TraceLink?
Not bad but could be better - very challenging in the times of COVID since we are all working remote and the line between work and home is very blurred. I appreciate that HR and the CEO talk about this in company meetings and encourage us to find balance and not be afraid to disconnect when we need to.
