What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
every executive is technical, we dont have to waste time in explaining things in non-technical language. executives understand data model, APIs, messaging framework, gateways etc. We dont waste time in creating fancy presentations, simple informative presentations are appreciated, simple diagrams.

My manager so far has been great. Does not micro manage and allows me to operate as an adult

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company has non existant Training and Development team. Also, a lot of trainings are made availble only to senior level folks
