  • Strong. Everyone really looks out for everyone else. It’s definitely a place to enjoy yourself while still working hard.

  • Employees are allowed to work from home on occasion, but typically no everyone must be in one of the offices.

  • While we have work from home days for all employees at their discretion, all employees are required to reside near one of our offices. This includes all developers - there are no offshore positions at TRIBUS.

  • If you don't know the RE industry, really study it prior to starting. TRIBUS provided some great videos that really helped. Also in development, make sure to do some homework. The code platform is large and complex and definitely will require some time outside of normal hours to get acquainted.

  • It’s a fairly flat organization. Nearly all issues can be handled by direct managers. If someone doesn’t feel comfortable they can go all the way to the CEO to get something resolved.
